Arab Alias is one of those Shangal homeless families who have been a part of our big family in Family Center of Rapareen since 2014. His wife's name is Ghariba Hassan, and they have got three children with the names of (Ranya, Randy, Rayan) they are from Dugur village, affiliated to Shangal town, as getting closer of ISIS terrorism group to their village, they soon abandon their village with some other families in August of 2014. But more than 250 people of their village have just been left under the ISIS force. ISIS takes the women and does atrocity against the men and children. Next, they go to Sharya village, later to Duhok city and Sulaimani city. From that moment on they have got a homeless and misery life.

They had newly moved their settlement place on the day we had this interview. It was an incomplete house with no doors, windows and even not suitable to life any more. This situation made us really sad, but they were happy, they have got this small family and could survive and escape from ISIS terrorism group.

Concerning their life style and our center cooperation Arab says 'as you well know what kind of life style we experience. And we live in a bad psychological situation, even though we are passing through our hard times, but the only place that helped and cooperated us was Family Center. We couldn’t have been survived all those miseries, difficulties and homelessness. We always appreciate and thank all the people who have cooperated us all the recent years long through Family Center regarding this.'

They offered us monthly nourishment, providing all necessary medications, etc. and didn’t let us be pessimistic. All the fore mentioned things have become our survival reasons. Arab has not been hopeless yet. He is looking forward to going back to his village and start a new life among those who follow his religion and people from his village, but because of lacking of stability, security and the existence of ISIS in some of the border areas, he can't decide to go back because there is no guarantee that Shangal disaster won't happen again.

One more problem of this family is financial problem, and the political disputes between Iraq government and Kurdistan regional government, and also cut of salary. This situation made him to spend most of his times at home. He says 'all these problems together can be reasons for getting job opportunity that he can't get a job in order to make their life better'

This short biography of Arab or any other homeless from Shangal is outcome of war, political, tribal, and sectarian conflict which humanity has been experiencing it for centuries. Finally, we as Family Center hope eternity peace for the whole universe, we hope we could be a good medium and could give them a hand of service and cooperation not only for them, but also for all the families who are suffering. Our dream is eternal peace and we wish these families may return in a sooner future and we can participate of rebuilding their villages, and returning peace and stability again to their life. Our only dream is to let them have an independent life and live in peace.

عەرەب ئەلیاس یەکێکی دیکەیە لەو خێزانە ئاوارە شەنگالییانەی کە لە ساڵی ٢٠١٤ وە، بوونەتە بەشێک لە خێزانە گەورەکەمان لە فامیلی سەنتەری ڕاپەڕین. ئەو خێزانەکەی ناوی (غریبە حسن)ەو خاوەنی سێ منداڵن بەناوەکانی (رانیا، راندی، رەیان)ە. ئەوان خەڵی گوندی دووگوری سەر بە شارۆچکەی شەنگالن، لە مانگی ئۆگەستی ٢٠١٤ هەر لەگەل نزیک تیرۆرستانی داعش لە گوندەکەیان لەگەڵ چەند ماڵێکدا بە زووی گوندەکە چۆڵ دەکەن، بەڵام زیاتر لە ٢٥٠ کەس لە خەڵکی گوندەکەیان دەکەونە بەردەستی تیرۆرستان و ئافرەتەکانیان دەبەن و پیاو و منداڵان رەشەکوژی دەکەن. پاش ئەوە ڕوو دەکەنە (گوندی شاریا) لەوێشەوە دەچنە شاری دهۆک و پاشان دێنە شاری سلێمانی لەو ساتەوە لە گوزەرانێکی ئاوارەیی پر نەهامەتی ژیان دەکەن.

ئەو ڕۆژەی ئێمە سەردانمان کردن بۆ سازدانی ئەم چاوپێکەوتنە، تازە شوێنی نیشتەجی بوونەکەیان گواستبۆوە، خانوویەکی تەواو نەکراو، کە نە دەرگا و پەنجەرە و نە هیچ مەرجێکی شوێنی نیشتەجێبوونی تێدا بوو. بەمە ئێمە زۆر نیگەران بووین، بەڵام ئەوان بەوە دڵخۆشبوون ئەم خێزانە بچوکەیان هەیە و توانیویانە لە دەستی ڕەشی تیرۆرستان و مەرگ هەڵبێن.

عەرەب: دەربارەی ژیانی خۆیان و هاوکاری و هەماهەنگی سەنتەرەکەمان دەڵێت: "خۆتن دەزانن ئێمە لە چ جۆرە ژیانیکداین و هەمیشە لە بارێکی دەرونی خراپدا ژیان دەکەین، گەرچی ئێمە لە و هەموو سەختییەت ژیانداین، بەلام هەمیشە ئەو شوینەی کە فریاد رەس و هاوکاروکارمان بووە، فامیلی سەنتەر و هاورییانی ئەو سەنتەرە بوون، ئێمە بێ ئەوان نەمان دەتوانی بەرگەی ئەم هەموو نەهامەتی و سەختییەی ئاوارەی و بگرین. بۆ ئەوە هەمیشە سوپاسگوزارین و سوپاسی هەموو ئەکەسانە دەکەین بە درێژایی ئەم چەند ساڵە هاوکار و هاوخەمان بوون و لە رێگای فامیلی سەنتەرەوە هاوکارییان پێشکەشکردوین و نەیانهێشتووە هیوابراوبین، خۆراکی مانگانە، کرینی پێداویستی هەموو جۆر و دەرمان و زۆر شتی دیکەیان بۆ ئێمە دابین دەکەن، کە ئەمانە پاڵپشتی و هۆکاری مانەوەمان بووە". عەرەب هیشتا هیوا بڕاو نییە بەڵکو "بە ئومێدە بگەڕیتەوە بۆ گوندەکەی و دەست بکاتەوە بە ژیانکردن لە نیو پەیرەوانی ئایینەکەی و خەڵکی گوندەکەی، بەڵام بە هۆکاری نە بوونی سەقامگیری و باری ئاسایش و بوونی داعش لە هەندێک ناوچەی سنورەکەیان ناتوانێ بڕیاری گەرانەوە بدات، چونکە هیچ زەمانەتێک نیە تا دوبارە کارەساتی شەنگال ڕوونەداتەوە. یەکێکی دیکە لە گرفتەکانی ئەم خیزانە ئەوە کە بەهۆکاری کێشەی دارایی و کێشە ساسیەکانی حکومەتی عێراق و حکومەتی هەرێم نەبوونی مووچە ئەمە وای کردووە، کە زۆرینەی کاتەکانی لەماڵەوە بەرێتە سەر، بە ووتەی ئەو: "ئەو گرفتانە هۆکارێکن بۆ کەمبوونەوەی کارکردن و ناتوانێت کارێک پەیداکەن کە کەمێک گوزەرانیان باشتر بکەن".

 ئەم کورتەیە لە ژیانی عەرەب یان هەریەک لە ئاوارەکانی شەنگال، دەرهاویشتەی جەنگ و ململانێی سیاسی و مەزهەبی و تایەفییە، کە سەدان سالە بەرۆکی مرۆڤایەتی گرتووە، هەر بۆیە  لە کۆتایدا ئێمە وەک فامیلی سەنتەر بە هیوای ئاشتی  هەمیشەین بۆ سەرگۆی زەوی، بە هیواین هۆکارێکی باش و دەستی هیوابوبین بۆ بۆ خزمەتکردن و هاوکاری کردنیان سەرجەم ئەو خێزان و کەسانەی کە لە نەهامەتیدان، خەونی ئایندەمان ئاشتی هەمیشەییە، بۆ ئەوە ئومێد دەخوازین، کە لە ئایندەیەکی نزیکدا ئەم خێزانانە بگەڕینەوە و ئێمە ببینە بەشێک لە ئاوەدانکردنەوەی گوندەکانیان، دیسانەوە ئاشتی ئارامی بگەڕێتەوە بۆ نێو ژیانیان و  سەر لەنوێ ژیانێکی سەرمەندانە بەسەربەرن. ئەمە تاکە خەونی ئێمەیە.
