When we first started to send help to the refugees who were victims
of the ISIS war, we got to meet Saied
and his family who were living in a
poultry farm. It had just been few days since they were attacked by ISIS and
escaped through Sinjar Mountains and moved to Sulaimany. They were in a
terrible psychological condition. Hunger had struck them. His children were
starving, worried and clothless.
Although family center was trying to figure out a way to
help them at that time and the center was at the beginning of the project, Twana
Hama-music teacher in the center- started collecting aid by gathering and
collecting food and clothes from his friends and the people in the city to send
them to Saied’s family through the center. The center provided transportation
to send the aid to this family.
Since then, we have been friends with this beautiful family.
They are one of our dear refugees that we help.
Saied is from a village in Sinjar called Wardy. He was
police officer. He was living a normal, simple life back then. He has five
kids. They ran away from their village when ISIS attacked and started slaughtering
the people of the village. This is how they tell their story: “when ISIS
arrived in our village, the people of the village were all confined by ISIS
fighters. They started killing the people and taking away our daughters and
wives from us. But we were very lucky because suddenly some airplanes started
to strike and ISIS fighters were frightened and they ran away.
They no longer
could control us because there were so many of us. We could escape and run away
toward Sinjar Mountains. We were safe from getting killed”. Nury- an eighteen
year old boy- said” it was a horrific day. More than 400 people from our
village got killed. I lost most of my friends and my family members. It was
very hard for us on the mountain because we had no water to drink. Some people
died from thirst. We walked until we make it to the Syrian territories near the
border. Then they took us to sulaimany by a bus.
Saied’s family survived this tragedy. However, they still
live a very hard life. They are moving from a place to place, a house to house
to get a better life. Sometimes they move to Duhok, sometimes to Baizian, and often
to the camps in Arbat. Now they live in Asti camps in Arbat. When we visited
them to write this story, our team got very sad by seeing how damaged their
face’s skin was. Sahir, Sameia, Nury, VyaN, Sangal were all suffering from a
bad skin disease. We questioned the manager of the camp to see why they were
all suffering from skin disease. He said it is because of lack of nutrition in
their food. They eat the same thing every day. Saied’s children were very happy
to see us because they feel very secure when they now there are people who take
care of them. They always say “we always thank God for making you become
friends with us. Without you it would be very hard for us to handle all this
pain and survive in here.
Even though sometimes they miss their home, but they would
still rather be here in this tough condition. They said” we don’t want to go
back to our villages because our people are dead now and our village is taken
over by Arabs and they live at our houses. If we get back there we will be in
danger”. While we were talking, Vyan-
Saied’s adorable eleven year old daughter- said” it gets very cold in here at
night. My 2 year old brothers needs winter clothes. Can you get us some winter
clothes?”. At this point the writer stopped writing and could no longer write.
All we can say is war tragedies still exist. We wish peace upon this world.
دەربارەی خێزانی سەعید ئاوارەیەکی ئێزیدی
لە سەرەتای کارکردنمان لە هاوکاری ئاوارەکانی جەنگی داعشدا، خێزانی
سەعیدمان لە دەواجنێکی (هەڵهێنانی جوجەڵەدا) بینی. ئەو کاتە تەنها چەند ڕۆژێک بوو،
کە لە دەست داعش و لە چیاکانی شەنگالەوە بۆ شاری سلێمانی هەڵهاتبوون. ئەوان لە
بارێکی دەرونی خراپ و برسێتیەکی کوشندەدابوون، منداڵەکانیان زۆر نیگەران و بێبەرگ
و برسی بوون.
گەرچی لەم ساتەدا فامیلی سەنتەر لە هەوڵی دۆزینەوەی ڕێگە چارەو
دۆزینەوەی هاوکاریدا بوو، لە سەرەتای دەسپێکی گەڵاڵەکردنی پرۆژەی هاوکاری کردنی
ئاوارەکاندا بوو، بەڵام لە ڕێگای هاوڕێمان (توانا حەمە) کە ئەو کات لە
سەنتەرەکەمان مامۆستای موزیک بوو، کۆمەکی و هاوکاری وەک: خواردن، جل و بەرگ،
پێداویستی دیکەی، لە هاورێکانی و خەڵکی شارەکەی کۆدەکردەوە. دواتر سەرجەم کۆمەکەکان لەلایەن فامیلی سەنتەرەوە ئەرکی دابەشکردن و خەرجی هاتووچۆی
لە ئەستۆ دەگیرا.
لەو ساتەوە ئێمە هاوڕیین لەگەڵ ماڵی سەعیددا، ئەوان یەکێکن لە ئاوارە
ئەزیزەکانی ئێمە.
سەعید خەڵكی گوندی (وەردی)یە لە شەنگال و پیشەی پۆلیس بووە، ژیانێکی سادەو ساکاریان لە ناوچەکەی خۆیان هەبووە.
ئەو خاوەنی پێنج منداڵە بە هۆی داگیرکردن و کوشتنی زۆرینەی خەڵکی گوندەکەیان لە شەنگال
هەڵهاتوون. ئەوان بەم جۆرە چرۆکی خۆیان دەگێرنەوە: کاتێ داعش هاتە گوندەکامان ئێمە
هەموومان لەلایەن چەکدارانی داعشەوە دەستگیرکراین، ئەوان کەوتەنە کوشتنی خەڵكی
گوندەکەمان بردنی کچان و ئافرەتان دەستیپێکرد، بەڵام ئێمە بەختێکی گەورە یاوەرمان
بوو، چونکە لەوکاتەدا (چەند فرۆکەیەک دەستی کرد بە بۆردومان کردن، بۆیە چەکدارەکان
ترسان و هەڵهاتن، لە بەر ئەوەی ژمارەمان زۆر بوو توانیمان لە دەستیان هەڵبێن و
خۆمان بگەینینە چیاکانی شەنگال و ڕزگارمان بێ لە مردن. نووری کە تەمەنی ١٨ ساڵە
دەڵێت: "ڕۆژێکی زۆر ناخۆش بوو، زیاتر لە ٤٠٠ کەس لە خەڵکی گوندەکەمان کوژارن،
کە هاورێکانم و کەس و کارمان بوون. لە چیای (شەنگال)یش چونکە ئاو نەبوو خواردن
نەبوو زۆر سەخت بوو ئارامگرتن، زۆرینەی خەڵکەکە دەمردن، بەڵام ئێمە توانیمان خۆمان
بگەیەنینە خاکی سوریا و لەوێوە بە پاسێک بێینە سلێمانی و رزگارمان بێ".
ماڵی سەعید لەم مەرگەساتە رزگاریان بوو، بەڵام ژیانیان هەر سەختە و
بەردەوام بە هۆی نالەباری ژیانی ئاوارەی کۆچدەکەن، جارێ لە سڵێمانیەوە بۆ دهۆک و،
دواتر گەرانەوە بۆ (بازیان) و لەویشەوە دەیان جار لەم خانوو بۆ ئەو خانوو ،جارێکی
دیکە بۆ کەمپی ئاوارەکانی عەربەت کۆچدەکەن، و ئێستا لە کەمپی ئاشتی عەربەتدا
نیشتەجێن، هۆکارەکەشی بە دوای ژیانێکی باشتردا وێڵن. ئەوان لە ژیانێکی سەختدان،
ئەو رۆژەی کە ئێمە بۆ نوسینی ئەم چیرۆکە سەردانمان کردن، تیمەکەمان بە (قڵیشاوی و
برینی) سەر دەمو چاوی ساهیر، سامییە، نووری، فریال، ڤیان، شەنگال زۆر دڵتەنگ بوو،
پاش پرسیارمان لە بەرپرسی کەمپەکە، هۆکارەکەیان بۆ کەمی ڤیتامین و یەک جۆرخۆراکی و
ئاوی ناوچەکە و کەمپەکە گەراندەوە. بەڵام منداڵانی سەعید ڕوویان پر خەندە و ئومید
بوو، چونکە هەمیشە تیمی فامیلی سەنتەر بە فریاد رەسی خۆیان دەزانن. ئەوان دەڵێن:
هەمیشە سوپاسی خودا دەکەین کە ئێوەی کردۆتە هاورێمان گەر ئێوە نەبوونایە نەمان
دەتوانی بەرگەی ئەم هەموو ئازارە بگرین".
لەگەڵ ئەوەشدا کە باسی ئارەزووکردنیان بۆ گەڕانەوە بۆ شەنگال دەکەین،
ئەوان نیگەران دەبن، هەر بەزووی دەڵێن:"
نەخێر، سەد هێندە ژیانمان سەخت بێ هەرگیز ناگەڕێینەوە بۆ ناوچەکەمان، چونکە خەڵکی
گوندەکەمان هەمویان کوژارون و شوێنەکانمان عەرەبەکان دەگیریان کردووە، ئەگەر
بگەڕێینەوە هەرگیز ژیانمان پارێزراو نابێت". لە کاتی ئەم گفتوگۆیانەدا (ڤیان)
کە کچۆلەیەکی ١١ ساڵی کاک سەعیدە ووتی: شەوان کەمپەکەمان زۆر ساردە، (شەنگال)ی
برام تەمەنی دووساڵە جلی
زستانەی پێویستە، دەتوانن بۆمان پەیدا بکەن؟ لێرەدا بەم پرسیارە، چیرۆک نووسەکە ناتوانێ
لە نووسین بەردەوام بێ. تەنها دەنوسێت: تراژیدیاکانی جەنگ هێشتا بەردەوامە، بە ئومێدی
ئاشتییەکی سەرتاسەری زەوین.
