A faithful guard of Family Center (an interview)

Mr. Nazm Hama is one of the security guards at our center. He has been working here since July 2014. Since he started working here, he has been a faithful employee to the center. When he started working at the center, he said, “ My home is close to the center and my children attend classes here. I know that the services at the Family Center are very good, after I heard from a friend that the center needed a guard I applied and had an interview, fortunately I got the job. The reason why I wanted to work at the family center is because it is a good place in our neighborhood and everyone loves it. It has a good reputation among the community, and I wanted to be a part of the work and serve the people in my neighborhood. And I promise, as long as the family center serves this community, I will continue to work alongside them and do the same.

Also, my relationship with the staff, throughout the 3 years I spent working here, I never had problems with the staff. We work together like a family and support each other. All the people in the neighborhood love the center and we have not had any problems within the community. The only times we had issues, was to address some of the neighborhood children, who were misusing the property. We tried to show the children how to treat people and the property with respect. 

The neighborhood knows that the center wants to keep the area clean, maintain the property and be a safe place for families to use.

With a big smile, Nazm said, “I love my job and I would like to continue working with the Family Center as long as they continue to do a good work. I am proud and honored to be a part of the center that is why I would never want to leave the center or quit my job. I would like to thank all the people who live in and outside of Kurdistan, who support this great work. All I can say to the Family Center: please keep the good work going!.

We at the Family center are happy to have a loyal guard like Nazm work here. We are honored to have friends like him. We wish Nazm and his family the best.

 کارمەندێکی دڵسۆزی سەنتەرەکەمان

چاوپێکەوتنێک لەگەڵ (نازم کاکە حەمە)

نازم کاکە حەمە، پاسەوانی فامیلی سەنتەرە و یەكێکی دیکەیە لە کارمەندە ئازیز و دڵسۆزەکانی سەنتەرەکەمان. ئەو لە مانگی ٧ ی ساڵی ٢٠١٤ دا، وەک پاسەوانی سەنتەرەکەمان دەست بەکار بووە. هەر لەو ساتەوە ئەرکەکانی خۆی وەک کارمەندێکی دڵسۆز بەجێدە‌هێنیت. 

سەبارەت بە چۆنیەتی دەستبەکاربوون و ئاشنا بوونی بەسەنتەرەکەمان (نازم حەمە کاکە) دەڵێت: "بە هۆی نزیکی ماڵەکەم لە فامیلی سەنتەرەوە و بەشداریکردنی منداڵەکانم لە خولەکاندا دەمزانی، کە سەنتەرێکی باشەو خزمەتێکی زۆر بە ناوچەکەمان دەکات، پاش ئەوەی لە رێگای هاورێیەکمەوە ئاگادارکرام، کە فامیلی سەنتەر پێویستی بە پاسەوانە، بۆیە بە زووی داوام پێشکەشکرد و پاش چاوپێکەوتن لە مانگی ٧ ی ٢٠١٤ وە بە خۆشحاڵییەوە دەست بەکار بووم". دەربارەی هۆکاری هەڵبژاردنی فامیلی سەنتەر دەڵێت:" بە خۆشحالییەوە سەنتەرەکەمان لە گەرەکەکەماندا پێگەیەکی باش و بەرز و خۆشەوسیتی هەیە، لە بەر ئەوە زۆر ئاسودە بووم بەوەی منیش ببمە بەشێک لە ستافی ئەم سەنتەرە، چونکە شوینێکە خزمەتێکی زۆر پێشکەش خەلک و کۆمەڵەگەکەمان دەکات و هەمیشە دەستی هاوکاری بۆ ئەو کەسانە درێژ دەکات کە پێویستیان بە هاوکاریە و دەیەوێت سودیان پی بگەیەنێت. خۆشحاڵم کە منیش وەک کارمەندێکی سەنتەرەکە لە بوارەکەی خۆمدا خزمەتێ پێشکەش بکەم، تا ئەم ماڵە خۆشەویستە بەردەوامی بدات بەکارەکانی خزمەت بە کۆمەڵانی خەڵک بکات".

 نازم کاکە حەمە سەبارەت بە هەماهەنگی لەگەڵ ستافەکەیدا و ئاستەنگەکانی کارکردنی دەڵێت: "بە درێژای نزیکەی سێ ساڵ کاردن، هیچ کاتێک هەستم بە گرفت و ئاستەنگ لەگەڵ ستافەکەدا نەکردووە، زیاتر هەموومان لە خێزانێک دەچین و پشتیوانی یەکدی دەکەین. بە هۆکاری ئەوەی خەڵکی ناوچەکە، سەنتەرەکەیان خۆش دەوێت زۆر بە کەمی توشی گرفت دەبین، تاکە گرفتێک کە هەمان بێت، ئەوەیە زۆر جار هەندێک منداڵ لەکاتی یاریکردندا، بە نەزانی ئەگەر بیانەوێت زیان بە پارکەمان بگەیەنن، تەنها پێویستە ئاگاداریان بکەینەوە، بەڵام بە خۆشحاڵییەوە کەمترین جار تووشی ئەوە دەبین، زۆر جار خۆمان رێنوینی منداڵەکان دەکەین، کە باخەکە بپارێزن چونکە موڵکی ئەوانە و شوێنی یاریکردن و ساتەخۆشەکانیانە، ئەوانیش تێدەگەن و خۆشیان زۆر جار ئاگادارمان دەکەنەوە ئەگەر کێشەیەک روویدا بێت، کە ئەمەش خۆی جێگەی خۆشحال و سەربەرزی سەنتەرەکەمانە".

 ئەو لە کۆتای قسەکانیدا بە ڕوویەکی خۆشەوە ووتی: "من کارەکەمم زۆر خۆش دەوێت، حەزدەکەم تا فامیلی سەنتەر بمێنی بەردەوام بم لەکار کردن، چونکە ئەو شانازییەی کە بۆ کارە باشەکانی پێ دەبڕێت، منیش خۆم بە خاوەنی بەشێکی دەزانم، بۆیە هیچ کاتێ بیرم لەوە نەکردۆتەوە کارەکەم بگۆڕم، حەزدەکەم بۆ هەمیشە لەگەل ئەم ستافە خۆشەویستە بمێنمەوە. لە کۆتایدا سوپاسی ئێوە دەکەم کە منتان بەسەرکردەوە و گرنگیمان پێدەدەن. هیوای سەرکەوتن بۆ تەواوی ستافی سەنتەرەکەمان لە دەرەو ناوەوەی کوردستان دەخوازم، ئاواتەخوازم سەنتەرەکەمان لە بواری خزمەت کردن لە بوارەکانی فێرکردن و هاوکاری مرۆی و ئاوارەکانیشدا بەردەوام بێت و رۆژ بە ڕۆژ گەشە بکات و هەمیشە لە پێشەنگیدا بێت".

لە کۆتایدا وەک دەستەی کارگێری فامیلی سەنتەر زۆر خۆشحاڵین بە کارکردنی بەرێزیان و دڵسۆزیان بۆ سەنتەرەکەیان، ئێمە بە کەسانی وەک بەرێز (نازم حەمە کاکە) سەربەرزین و بەوانەوە سەنتەرەکەمان مانای هەیە. هەست بە شانازی دەکەین، کە کەسانی وەک ئەو پشتیوانی و هاوکاری تەواومان دەکەن، تا زۆرترین خزمەت پێشکەش بکەین، لە کۆتایدا هیوای سەرکەوتنی بۆ دەخوازین، سوپاسی ووشە جوان و لێدوانەکەی بۆ بڵۆگەرەکامان دەکەین و هیوای سەرکەوتن لە گشت بوارەکانی ژیاندا بۆ دەخوازین.

بروانامەی رێزلێنان بە سەنتەرەکەمان دەبەخشرێت٠٠٠

In cooperation with Halabja Group, a Kurdish owned business, Mr. Kamaran taught an English class to their employees for 2 months.
The participants greatly appreciated Mr. Kamaran and Family Center's dedication in helping them improve their English language skills.                                    

 

In February 3rd 2017 Halabja Group representatives, Mr. Bezhan and Mrs. Aryan gave a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Kamaran and the Family Center to their gratitude for all their efforts and hard work. Upon the completion of the English courses Halabja Group and Family Center decided to continue cooperating with each other in order to continue serving the community.

پاش ئەوەی سەنتەرەكەمان، خولێكی بەهێزكردنی زمانی ئینگلیزی بۆ كارمەندانی گروپی كۆمپانیاكانی هەڵەبجە بە سەرپەرشتی مامۆستا كامەران كردەوە، دواتر بەشداری خولەكە توانیان بە ئاستێكی بەرز خولەكەیان كۆتای پێ بێنن، لە پای ئەم هەماهەنگی و هاوكارییەكانی سەنتەرەكەمان،  لە رێکەوتی ٣/ ٢/ ٢٠١٧ دا گروپی كۆمپانیاكانی هەڵەبجە لەلایەن  بەڕێزان کاک بێژەن و ئاریان خان نوێنەرانی كۆمپانیاكە، بڕوانامەی ڕێزلێنان و خەڵاتی ڕێز لێنان بە مامۆستا كامەران و سەنتەرەكەمان پێشكەشكرا. وێڕای خۆشحاڵی و سوپاسگوزاری سەنتەرەكەمان بۆ بەڕێزانمان لە گروپی كۆمپانیاكانی هەڵەبجە، پەیمانی هەماهەنگی و هاوكاری زیاترمان نوێكردەوە كە بتوانین لە ساڵی نوێدا خزمەتی زیاتر و هەمانگیەكانمان بەردەوام بین تا بتوانین زۆرترین خزمەت بە كۆمەڵانی خەڵكی كوردستان پێشكەش بكەین٠
