Introducing Family Center manager (Kamara. H. Rasul)

Dear friends this segment is about introducing family center staff so you can be familiar with each individual’s works in the center.

Kamaran.H. rasul, who works as a manger in the center, is one of the oldest friends of the Family Center. He started as an English teacher in our center in 2007. He taught English for beginners at first as a volunteer. He has always been an active and dedicated teacher, and he could successfully teach English lessons perfectly, therefore he has always been a preferred by the center and his students.

Rozh is one of kamaran’s students who learned English very well by taking kamaran’s classes. Now he works as a teacher and a translator in Suleiman. In describing his teacher, he said “in fact I fail to find fords to describe my teacher. He was the best teacher I have ever had.  I learned not only English but humanity and kindness from him. He taught me how to speak english in only three months which means he is very good at teaching language. That’s why I am always thankful to him, and I will never forget his commitment and love to his job that made me love English and learn it very easily.

Kamaran, beside his own duty, he always tried to help the center by doing extra works that made it easier for the center to keep on serving.  His works made him gain family centers trust. Then they decided to promote him. He became the manager of the center working and helping beside the director.

All the way through last 9 years, he has always had brilliant ideas to improve the center. He has always been an active manager too. 

Twana Hama as a family center staff said” working beside family center’s staff has always made me proud. In fact, not only working has bought us all together, but its love and passion to our jobs have brought us all together as one family. Kamaran has always been a brother. He has always been a trustworthy person. You can never doubt him because he has always been supportive. I can say that Kamaran is a great person”.  Kamaran is also a teacher in Peshmarga School in Sulaimany, and he is also a good Mountaineer in Kurdistan.  Gladly, this year, as a first Kurd in south of Kurdistan he could get the certificate in climbing ( Damawand ) which is located in Iran with the height of 56,71 meters. This made us all proud.

Finally, we as family center thank all of his hard work which helps the center to grow and improve. We are very grateful for his dedication and we look forward for future great works from him. We wish him more success in every aspect of his life.

ناساندنێک دەربارەی کامەران ڕەسوڵ بەرێوبەری فامیلی سەنتەر

 هاوڕێیانی ئازیز ئەم گۆشەیە تایبەتە بە ناساندنی ستافی سەنتەرەکەمان تا ئێوەی ئازیز ئاشنای کارەکانی هەر یەکێک لە ئێمە بن.

کامەران رەسوڵ، یەکێکە لە هاوڕێ دێرینەکانی فامیلی سەنتەر، کە لە ئێستادا بە پلەی بەرێوەبەری فامیلی سەنتەر بەردەوامە لەکارکردن٠

 ئەو لە سەرەتای ساڵی ٢٠٠٧ وەک مامۆستای زمانی ئینگلیزی بۆ ئاستی سەرەتایی لە فامیلی سەنتەر وەک خۆبەخش دەستی بەکارکردن کردووە. ئەو هەمیشە وەک مامۆستایەکی کارامە و زۆر دڵسۆزانە کارەکانی ڕادەپەراندووە، توانیویەتی وانەکانی فێربوونی زمانی بە ئاستێکی زۆر نایاب بڵێتەوە. هەر بۆیە ئەو هەمیشە جێی ڕەزامەندی خوێندکاران و سەنتەرەکەمان بووە. 

(ڕۆژ) کە یەکێکە لەو خوێندکارانەی لە لەسەر دەستی ئەو فێری زمانی ئینگلیزی بووە، لە ئێستا خۆی وەک مامۆستا و وەرگێر لە زۆر شوێنی شاری سلێمانیدا کاردەکات، سەبارەت بە مامۆستا کامەران دەڵێت: لە ڕاستیدا من ناتوانم پێناسەیەکی تەواو بە مامۆستاکەم بدەم، ئەو باشترین و ئازیزترین مامۆستای تەمەن بووە. لەگەڵ ئەودا تەنها فێری زمانی ئینگلیزی نەبووم بەڵکو زۆر بەهای گرنگی تری مرۆڤایەتی لەو فێربووم. ئەو وەک (مامۆستا) تەنها لەماوەی سێ مانگدا منی گەیاندە ئاستی ئەوەی بتوانم بە زمانی ئینگلیزی قسە بکەم، کە ئەمەش نیشانەی بەهێزییەتی لە فێرکردنی زماندا، هەر بۆیە هەمیشە سوپاسگوزاری ئەوەم کە فێری کردم و ماندوو بوونی ئەو لەیاد ناکەم".

کامەران جگە لە ئەرکی خۆی هەمیشە بە دڵێکی فراوانەوە زۆر کاری لە ئەستۆدەگرت، کە هاوکاری و هەمانگی و کارئاسانی زۆری بۆ کارەکانی فامیلی سەنتەر ڕێکدەخست، هەر ئەمنە بوو هانی فامیلی سەنتەری دا کە ئەو بکاتە یەکێک لە دەستەی بەرێوەبردنی فامیلی سەنتەر و دواتر لە ئەنجامی ئەو متمانە بەهێزەی کە لە کارەکانیدا بەدەستیهێنا، بڕیار درا بەرێزیان وەک: بەرێوبەری سەنتەرەکەمان و هاوکاری رێکخەری گشتی دەست بەکاربێت. 

بە دریژایی ماوەی رابردوو، ئەو خاوەنی چەندین بیرۆکەی جوانە کە لەسەنتەرەکەماندا بوونی هەیە و هەمیشە دڵسۆزانە ئەرکەکانی ڕادەپەرێنێت.

توانا حەمە وەک ستافی فامیلی سەنتەر دەڵیت: "یەکێک لەو شتانەی کە هەمیشە شانازی پێوەدەکەم کارکردنمە لە گەڵ هاورێیانم لە فامیلی سەنتەر، لە ڕاستیدا ئێمە تەنها کارکردن کۆی نەکردوینەتەوە، بەڵکو خۆشەویستییەیەکی بەهیزە، کە هەموومانی کردۆتە یەک خێزان لە نێو فامیلی سەنتەردا. (کامەران) هەمیشە وەک برایەک بووە و ئەو کەسایە کە دەتوانی متمانەی تەواوی پێبکەیت. هیچ کاتێ نیگەران و بە گومان نیت لەکارکردن لەگەڵیدا، ئەو هەمیشە بەو پەڕی متمانەوە پشتیوانی هەوڵەکانتە. ئەتوانم بڵێم کامەران کەسێکی نموونەییە". کامەران جگە لەوەی کە بەرێوەبەری سەنتەرەکەمانە لە هەمان کاتدا مامۆستای قوتابخانەی پێشمەرگەیە لە سلێمانی و یەکێکە لە شاخەوانە دیارەکانی کوردستان. خۆشبەختانە ئەمساڵ توانی وەک یەکەم کورد لە باشووری کوردستاندا بڕوانامەی شاخەوانی بۆ سەرکەوتن بە سەر چیای (دەماوەند)ی وولاتی ئیراندا کە بەرزییەکەی ٥٦٧١م بە دەست بهێنێت. لە ئەمە جێی شانازی ئێمە و خەڵکی وڵاتەکەی بوو.

لە کۆتایدا ئێمە وەک: فامیلی سەنتەر زۆر سوپاسی هەموو هەوڵەکانی دەکەین، کە بۆ گەشەسەندنی سەنتەرەکەمان لە چەند ساڵی رابردووو ئێستادا داوێتی، ئێمە سەربەرز و سەرفرازین بە کارەکانی هیشتا چاوەروانی بەخششی زیاترین لە تواناکانی ئەم هاورێ ئازیزەمان، بە هیوای سەرکەوتن.

Guitar class at Family Center

Of the many classes we offer at the Family Center, in today’s blog I wish to talk about the guitar lessons we offer. The guitar class is always a popular class.  

Currently, we have a very accomplished guitar player for our teacher.  His name is (Daroon othman) and is referred to as The (Flamingo Daroon).  He has been working as a professional musician for more than 13 years.  He has been involved with bands offering several different styles of music.  However, he is known mostly for the Spanish flamingo style.  He is considered one of the finest guitarists in Kurdistan. He is teaching the classes in musical theory as well as giving lessons on how to play the guitar.

Family Center is so happy with all of the fine teachers we have and the wonderful work they do.  It has been a great pleasure for us to have Daroon teaching for us these last two years and hope he will be able to continue for many more. We have been offering these lessons just part of the year, but are now hoping to offer them year round.

Teacher Daroon said: “in the past two months our students have passed the beginner level and now they are progressing in a very good way. We are hoping to raise a modern generation of musicians and can help them find their path in the music world.” 

We as the Family Center are hoping to see our young musicians make us proud. Our dream is to support all kinds of talent and help people to express themselves in positive ways.

کڵاسی گیتار لە فامیلی سەنتەر

کڵاسی گیتار یەکێکی دیکەیە لە کڵاسە دیارەکانی سەنتەرەکەمان، کە فێرخوازانمان بەشدارییەکی بەرچاویان لەم کڵاسەدا هەیە. لە ئێستادا مامۆستا (دەرون عوسمان ) کە بە ( دەرونی فلامینکۆ) ناسراوە، وانەکانی تیوری و پڕاکتیکی بەشێوەیەکی ئەکادیمی دەڵێتەوە. ئەو پتر لە سیازدە ساڵە کاری موزیک دەکات و لە زۆر گروپ و باندی موزیکیدا بەشداری کردووە و بە یەکێک لە باشترین و دیارترین ژەنیارانی کورد بە تایبەت لە ئامیری گیتار و ستایڵی موزیکی (فلامینکۆ)دا لە باشووری کوردستاندا ناسراوە.

فامیلی سەنتەر زۆر خۆشحاڵە بە توانا و لێهاتوویکانی سەرجەم مامۆستایانی و هەمیشە لە هەوڵی دەستەبەرکردنی باشترینەکانە و هەر بۆیە شادمانین کە (کڵاسی گیتار) بۆ ماوەی دوساڵ و بەتایبەت (لە چالاکییەکانی وەرزی هاوین)دا لە لایەن بە ڕێزیان دەگوترێتەوە. لە ئێستادا و لەبەر پەرۆشی فێرخوازەکانی، فامیلی سەنتەر لە هەوڵێ ئەوەدایە، کە ئەم کڵاسە بە درێژایی هەر چوار وەرزە بەردەوام بێت و تا فێرخوازەکان دانەبڕێن و بەئەو ئاستانەی کە خەونیانە بگەن. مامۆستا (دەرون) سەبارەت بە کڵاسەکە دەڵێت: "لەماوەی دوومانگی ڕابردوو، فێرخوزەکان ئاستی سەرەتاییان تێپەراندووە و بە پێی توانا جیاوازەکان و بەهرەکانیان لە ئێستادا لە قۆناغیكی باشدان. ئومێد دەکرێت لە گەڵ بەردەوامی هەوڵەکانماندا زۆرینەیان بە ئاستێکی زۆر بەرز بگەن و لە دوارۆژدا بتوانن ببنە ژەنیارێکی باشی ئەم ئامێرە و بتوانن موزیکی جوان بەرهەم بهێنن".
ئێمە وەک فامیلی سەنتەر ویڕای دەسخۆشیمان بۆ دڵسۆزیان، بە ئومێدی ئەوەین، کە لە ئایندەدا فێرخوازانمان بەتوانایەکی باش و ناوازەوە لە بواری موزیکیدا ببینینەوە، خەونی ئێمەیە سەنتەرەکەمان ئەو شانازییەی پێببرێت، کە ئەو دەروازەیە بێت کەسانی  لێهاتوو و نایابەکانی کۆمەڵگای پێیدا تێپەڕێت.

Lunch with Children and Youngsters from Sinjar and Syri

It is clear that family center has always cared about the refugees from Sinjar and Syria, and that’s why we always try to find new ways to be able to serve them. The aim of our center is to serve as much as we can.

Lunch with our students who participate in our programs is another way to provide them help and make them feel relief, because we know that most of them are in a disturbed mental state. We want to show the refugees that there are people who care about them, love them, treat them like our families and make a little bit of their pain go away.

The family center staff -Alejandra, Kamaran, Twana, Dyar, Mahabad, tayer - shares lunch with them at the same table. What makes them happy is that whenever we have lunch with them, we make it joyful to them by talking to them and sharing laughter with them.

Most of the time (Dyar) with his funny acts makes them laugh, and (twana) makes them start clapping and dancing by singing Kurdish songs to them, but most of the time they laugh at him because he cannot properly use their dialect which is very funny and makes them laugh. The staff’s aim is to give them love, therefore we take their hands and we dance together after eating lunch.

Mayal is one of the Yezidi girls whom we has been sharing lunch with recently. After ISIS attacked their region, Mayal become a Peshmarga to fight against them.  Mayal told us “you know, I tried many times to commit suicide and end it all, but when I visit the center I feel regretful for trying to commit suicide.

 Now I feel that there are people who care about us especially Family Center which make us very happy. The love and happiness that I receive from family center give me hope and make me continue with life even though to live is too much for me”. Aziza, another Yezidi girl whom we share lunch with, told us” thank you, we always make you tired, we are so happy with you, we always have a good time especially at lunch when there is laughter and happiness”.

What we showed above is not to compliment family center, but it is to show that the aim of the center is to serve humanity. Therefore there are no pecking orders and positions in the center, and we are all equal in taking responsibility. The only difference among us is that each one of us wants to serve more than the other, because that’s our real duty. The name (family center) is perfectly fitted because we treat each other as family member.

We hope we can serve more and do better.  We hope we can open our arms to more people. Thanks to everybody who supports us in improving our activities and our service at family center. We wish peace to everyone. 

دەربارەی خوانی نیوەروانمان لەگەڵ مندالان و گەنجانی 

شەنگار و سوریا

ئاشکراییە کە سەنتەرەکەمان هەمیشە لە خەمی منداڵان و گەنجانی ئاوارەی شەنگال و سوریادایە، بۆیە هەمیشە بە گرنگییەوە لە هەوڵی دۆزینەوەی ڕێگەیەکداین، کە بتوانین خزمەتی زیاتر پێشکەش بەوان بکەین. زۆرینەی ئەوکارانەی کە سەنتەرەکەمان ئەنجامی دەدا تەنها بیر لە یەک لایەن و یەک ئامانج ناکەینەوە، بەڵکو لە زۆر رەهەندی جیاوازەوە بەرنامە ڕێژی بۆ کارەکانمان دەکەین، بۆ گەیشتن بەو ئامانجەیە کە ناوی (زۆرترین خزمەتکردن)ە.

خوانی نیوەڕوان لەگەڵ ئەو منداڵ و گەنجانەی کە لە پرۆگرامەکانی فێربووندا بەشدارن و  سەردانی سەنتەرەکەمان دەکەن، یەکێکی دیکەیە لەو ڕێگایانەی کە دەمانەوێت هەوڵی بوژانەوە لایەنی دەرونی ئەوان بدەین، چونکە ئێمە دەزانین کە لەلایەنی دەرونییەوە چەند هەست بە داروخان دەکەن، ئێمە دەمانەویت هەستی ئەوەیان پیببەخشین، کە لە ڕۆژگاری ئاوارەییاندا کە سانیک هەن بە گرنگییەوە لێیان دەڕوانن، خۆشیان دەوێن و هەر وەک خێزانی خۆیان مامەڵەیان لەگەڵ دەکەن و دەیانەوێت لە ئازارەکانیان کەم بکەنەوە.

ستافی فامیلی سەنتەر کە لەو ڕۆژانەدا پێک دێن لە: ( ئەلیخاندرا، کامەران، توانا، دیار، تایەر و مهاباد) لە هەمان خواردن و خواردنەوە و هەمان سفرە لەگەڵیان کۆدەبینەوە، ئەوەی کە ئەوان دڵخۆش دەکات، ئەوەیە کە بە بەردەوامی قسەی خۆش و پێکەنین لە سەرخوانەکەمان میوانە.

زۆر جار (دیار) بە جوڵە پێکەنین هێنەرەکانی دەیانخاتە پێکەنین، زۆر جاریش (توانا) بە  گۆرانی یەزیدی و (عەزیزە عەزیزە) دەیان خاتە چەپڵە لێدان و گۆرانی و بەڵام چونکە زۆر بە باشی دیالیکتی ئەوان نازانێ زۆر پێدەکەنن کە کاتی وەک ئەوان قسەدەکات وگۆرانی دەڵێت. هەموو ستافەکە بێ جیاوازی هەمان بیرمان هەیە بۆ بەخشینی خۆشەویستی بەوان، بۆیە زۆر کات پێکەوە دەستیان دەگرن و هەڵدەپەرن.

(مەیال) یەکێکە لەو کچە یەزیدیانەی، کە خوانەکانی ئەم ماوەیە لەگەڵمانە، ئەو  دوای هاتنی داعش ماوەیەک پێشمەرگە بووە تا دژی داعش بجەنگێت ئەو سەبارەت بە خوانی نیوەڕوان دەڵێت: " ئێوە دەزانن، من چەندین جار هەوڵمداوە کۆتای بەژیانم بێنم، بەڵام ئەو رۆژانەی کە دێمە فامیلی سەنتەر پەشیمانم لەو هەستە، بەردەوام ئەو هەستەم هەیە کە هێشتا خەڵکانێکی زۆر هەن ئێمەیان خۆشدەویت، بە تایبەت ستافی فامیلی سەنتەر زیاتر لە هەموو کە سێ دڵخۆشمان دەکەن، ئەوە وام لێدەکات کە هێشتا سەرەڕای نالەباری ژیان، ئێمە ژیانمان خۆش بوێت". (عەزیزە) کچێکی رۆح سوکی دیکەیە ئەو هەمیشە دەڵیت: "زۆر سوپاس ئیمە هەمیشە ماندووتان دەکەین، ئێمە زۆر دڵخۆشین بە ئێوە، بە تایبەت لە خوانەکانی نیوەرۆدا زۆر شادمانین و زۆر پێدەکەنین". 

ئەوەی کە لێرەدا خستومانتەڕوو پیاهەدانی فامیلی سەنتەر نییە، بەڵکو ئەوەیە کە هەمیشە دڵمان ویستوویەتی ئەو خێزانە گەورەیەبێ کە هەموومان تێیدا کۆبینەوە، هەر بۆیە کەس لە فامیلی سەنتەر خاوەنی پلە و پایە نییە هەموومان یەکسانین لە ئەرک و بەرپرسیارێتی، تاکە جیاوازی کە هەمانە هەموومان ئەمانەویت لە هەموو کەسێکی دیکە زیاتر خزمەت بکەین، چونکە ئەوە ئەرکی ڕاستەقینەی ئێمەیە. نزیک و هاوڕێیەتیمان لەوان، گەیشتۆتە ئاستی خێزانەکانی خۆمان. بە هیواین کاری باشتر بکەین هیشتا فامیلی سەنتەر خەون بەوەو دەبینێت باوەشی واڵاتر بکات و زۆرترین لە ئامیز بگرێت. سوپاسی هەموو ئەو کەسانەدەکەین کە هاوکارمانن، لە گەشەپیدانی کار و چالاکییەکانمان و خزمەتە بەردەوامەکانمان لە فامیلی سەنتەر، ئاشتی و ئارامی مرۆڤایەتی ئاواتی هەمیشەیمانە.
